We couldn’t agree more with what she selected and especially highlighting the fact of staging overall. That is how you sell a home!

- Updated Kitchen
- Renovated bathroom
- Curb appeal (landscaping can make a massive impact on a potential home buyer!)
- Outdoor gathering area (the more private I say, the better!)
- STAGING!!
We cannot express enough how important it is to stage your home to sell. That means removing personal items (ahem, pictures), that make it hard for a potential buyer to see themselves living in your space at that moment in time.
When we tour homes with clients, for homes that are not staged properly, we are constantly reminding them to try and visualize how the home would look once they are settled in – some can get there, some just can’t. This is not what you want to lose a deal over.
